Perhaps you have heard already about the Bulgarian yoghurt?! The unique Bulgarian joghurt is yogurt on the southern Balkans consist only of milk and Lactobacillus bulgaricus, without further additives. Nature yogurt of this kind is sold there also in the open sales. A portion - usually 500 gram - holds however only some hours freshly, in the refrigerator about one day.
So you can see something that I remember from my childhood.
